398 BDT Terms & Conditions – Complete Policy for Members

By opening an account and betting on 398 BDT, you confirm that you have read and fully agree to these terms and conditions. All rules apply equally across every section — members are bound by them regardless of whether they have read them.

398 BDT is a legitimate online betting platform. Opening an account is entirely voluntary, and each member is solely responsible for their own decisions. 398 BDT does not provide betting advice or guarantee any outcomes.

These Terms & Conditions have been written in English for the convenience of members in Bangladesh. In the event of any language discrepancy or dispute, the original 398 BDT documentation shall be considered the final authority.

When registering at 398 BDT, you are required to provide accurate and genuine information. Accounts created with false or fabricated details may be suspended at any time and any balance may be forfeited.

• Only one account per person is permitted. If multiple accounts are created, all of them will be closed.
• A valid mobile number, full name, and date of birth are required at registration.
• Before your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC verification by submitting your National ID (NID) and a selfie.
• Members are responsible for the security of their own accounts. We strongly advise against sharing your password with anyone.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact 398 BDT support immediately.

Members registering from Bangladesh are solely responsible for complying with all applicable local laws and regulations. 398 BDT does not provide legal advice in this regard.

398 BDT supports deposits and withdrawals via popular mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. All financial transactions are carried out through secure, encrypted connections.

• Minimum deposit: ৳100. bKash, Nagad, Rocket and DBBL are accepted.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 12 hours.
• VIP members' withdrawals are processed on a priority basis.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• 398 BDT may request additional verification for any suspicious transactions.
• If an account balance remains unused for more than 180 days, a monthly maintenance fee may apply.

If a payment is delayed, check your banking app first. If the issue persists, email support@398bdt.com with your transaction details.

Every bet placed on 398 BDT constitutes a binding agreement. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled under normal circumstances. The key betting rules are outlined below:

• Pre-match bets are accepted until the match begins. Live bets are placed while the match is in progress.
• If a match is abandoned or not completed within the scheduled time, the bet will be voided and the stake will be refunded.
• 398 BDT reserves the right to void any bets accepted at incorrect odds due to a data feed or technical error.
• Placing a bet with prior knowledge of a match result is strictly prohibited. Such bets will be voided and the account may be closed.
• If one leg of an accumulator bet is voided, it will be counted as odds of 1.00.
• Maximum bet amounts and maximum winnings are fixed and may vary depending on the event and market.

Any dispute over a bet outcome must be submitted to support within 48 hours of the match ending. Claims raised after this window may not be accepted.

398 BDT offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own terms, which are clearly stated on the relevant offer page.

• The welcome bonus (100%) applies exclusively to new members on their first deposit.
• The required wagering must be completed before any bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days. Any unused bonus will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously.
• Bonus abuse or coordinated attempts to exploit bonuses may result in account suspension.

398 BDT is committed to maintaining a fair environment for all members. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure:

• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers.
• Using the account for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Coordinated attempts to manipulate odds.
• Using or attempting to hack into another member's account.

In cases of suspicious activity, 398 BDT reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities.

398 BDT reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Use of a false identity or forged documents.
• Bonus abuse or fraudulent betting activity.
• Requested KYC documents were not submitted within the specified timeframe.
• Threatening or using abusive language toward the support team.

Members may also close their account at any time by emailing our support team. Any valid balance will be refunded upon closure, though bonus balances will not be returned.

398 BDT strives to maintain its platform to the highest standard. However, 398 BDT will not be held liable in certain circumstances:

• Bets or transactions not completed due to internet disconnection.
• Delays caused by outages with third-party payment services (bKash, Nagad, etc.).
• Loss of account access due to the member's own negligence.
• Force majeure events – such as natural disasters, war, or government-imposed restrictions.

Under any circumstances, 398 BDT's maximum liability is limited to the original amount of the transaction in question.

If a dispute arises between a member and 398 BDT, please follow the process outlined below:

• First, send a detailed complaint to support@398bdt.com.
• The support team will respond and begin an investigation within 48 hours.
• Members must cooperate by providing any information or evidence required during an investigation.
• Any dispute regarding a bet outcome must be raised within 48 hours of the event concluding.
• If your issue remains unresolved, 398 BDT will escalate the matter to a senior representative via Live Chat.

398 BDT's decision shall be considered final and binding unless clear evidence is provided that the decision was made in violation of policy.

398 BDT reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time.

• A notice will be posted on the website whenever significant changes are made.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• The date of the most recent update will be displayed at the top of the page.
• If a member objects to any change in the terms, they may close their account and withdraw their remaining balance.

Make it a habit to review the terms regularly. Continuing to use 398 BDT implies acceptance of the latest terms.
